Appointments
You will be asked to secure your appointment with a MasterCard, Visa or American Express Card.
Cancellations
If you must cancel or change your appointment, a 24-hour notice is requested. Cancellations of less than 4 hours will be charged 50%. No shows will be charged in full. A gift certificate no show will result in the gift certificate being redeemed.
Arriving Late
Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening the effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be applied. 
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are transferable, but not refundable. They may be used for sevices and gratuities, but not for products. After one year, gift certificates will be valid for the dollar amount of the original purchase.
What to bring
We will provide you with a locker room full of vanity amenities, including a robe and sandals. For the treatment you will disrobe to your comfort level. During all treatments, the only area of the body that is not completely draped is the area being worked on.
Quiet Please
To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, we ask that you turn off your cell phone, and keep conversations to a whisper.
If You Are Pregnant
Let us know when you make your reservation which trimester you are in at the time of the appointment. Certain treatments are not recommended during pregnancy.
Health Conditions
Please let us know if you have specific health conditions.
During Your Visit
To get the most out of your treatment, communicate with your therapist. Your comfort and enjoyment are important to us, so let us know if you have concerns about depth of pressure during massage, the temperature of your spa room, music volume or other issues.
Gratuities
Tips are not included in any treatment prices. They can be
left for your therapist at the front desk in cash or a check.
Series
Series are available. Ask the front desk for more information. After one year, series revert to their dollar amount.
