To receive the full benefit of your Spa Experience, plan to arrive 40 minutes before your session to shower or steam, slip into your robe and unwind in our relaxation room. A cup of tea will soothe you and prepare your muscles for their treatment. Allow time after, for a sauna, refreshing shower and to browse in our gift store.
